Crap in Calgary

This is my first venture back to a domestic product after driving high end imports for 10 yrs. 300C with lots of aftermarket wheels tires etc.
Fantastic car - handles excellent with 245's all round on 20'rims - tight and responsive - lots of juice. To the guys in the factory & design engineers - well done. Unfortuately the dealerships and service guys are dropping the ball - absolute crap to be blunt.
Car incurred attempted break in and lock was pulled out of front door and rear damaged. Taken to Renfrew for repair - two weeks and car is returned to me with overspray all over hood, roof, & trunk. Resolved by power buffung car. Side Chrome pillar post damaged and had to be replaced, ///renfrew calls and says cant find exact match where did I buy the car - must take a genius to look at the dealer plate on trunk!! I am then told to call Aidrie Chrysler where it was bought and tell them to contact Renfrew for PO#. Called Aidrie and was told they dont call other dealers or deliver parts to other dealers so come pick the up. Drove over wrong ones in stock had to go back twice and waited 4 weeks for new pillar posts to arrive - installed myself.
Changed to Crowfoot for service - oil change // car returned with dealership plate ripped off trunk and adhesive left on trunk and scratches from zipper on coat to newly painted driver door - Manager "shouldnt happen ,cant explain" Not one of these visits followed by service questionaire. So you guys looking for five star service its just BS.
Great car but will dump when lease is up or before and go back to service I was used to. Hope those that read have better experience.
Advice to Chrysler is get dealers to get their act together your only as strong as the sum of your parts.
