Sorry to hear about your experiences with the so called 5 star dealers. If its any consolation to you, the new Chrysler LLC hears you too. Hopefully it's not too late to change your mind about being a repeat Chrysler customer.

Chrysler LLC REALLY is Serious About Customer Service!. I believe this is what you are trying to say. Let's give them a chance to see just how serious they are about this.
To me it sounds promising and I will be purchasing an 08 Jeep GC SRT8 in the New Year. I also expect to be amongst the first to be getting one of these calls.
For me personally, I've always had a good experience with my dealer. It may be just a case of you finding a genuine 5 star dealer in your area. Once you do, you'll know it!!!
