It's sad but true - often the dealer experience is the weak link in owning this car. Complaints about dealer attitude and incompetence are all too frequent on this forum.
I am very fortunate here in Ottawa. I have cultivated an exxcellent relationship with the service manager at Metro dodge Chrysler and all 3 of my LX vehicles have had nothing but the best of service, given with an attitude that keeps me coming back!
