First servicing - brake vibration issue

Well, this was my first time back to the dealer. I had already complained about vibrations under braking and so yesterday I took it there. I explained wheel balance had been preformed by Hunter balancing machines and I placed inside a big card saying 'Please don't wash', in red bold letters .

Today I picked it up and the disks where 'balanced', they rectified them, and for now it stoped vibrating. What I also noticed is that I also feel less vibration on bumpers and road irregularities, it could be me, but could be they also tightened something on the suspension

This said, I'm happy with this first dealer experience particularly because they didn't wash/swirled my black beauty
