What is the "K" rating on OEM HIDs

I have an 05' 300C AWD with stock OEM HID low beams. I purchased a Xenon Depot 4300K fog light upgrade and installed it. The fogs look white, but not as white as the HID low beams. I was told the low beams were 4300K, but have also read that Chrysler puts a blue hue on the OEM lens in front of their low beam bulb. Anyone ever get a perfect (or close) match on a fog light upgrade (HID) that matches their OEM low beams? Wondering if I have to go with a 6000K bulb perhaps in the fogs?
