Mixing and matching HID companies will create the problem that you have discovered. Just because they are rated the same...doesn't mean that they are exactly the same...there is always a +/- on each companies bulb. I would suggest changing the Factory HID bulbs out to 6000k or 8000k and then getting the matching bulb from the same company for your fogs. That way you will have a match.
