If you don't have a tuner (flashpaq or predator) then the regular will be fine for one tankful. Manual says 89 is preferred but you can use 87 octane. If you DO have a tuner, either re-tune it for 87 octane or go to your local auto parts store and get some octane boost to pour in the tank. You'll be fine and "the machine" WILL survive!
