Center Console Power Outlet

Hello all,

As we're all aware, we have 2 power outlets

1) in the front ash tray
2) in the center console

#1 is on with the ignition and goes off when the engine goes off
#2 is on always

I know how to toggle the fuse so #1 is always on,

but the question is, how do you make #2 off when the engine goes off?
According to the manual, it's directly wired to the battery.
Can we somehow re-route the wire so it goes off when the engine turns off?

Thanks!
