Thats not quite correct. Chryslers HIDs have the blue tint for the same reason as all other projector HIDs do. Its because of the shield and their distance from the bulb. The shields cutoff the light at the right place for the light to be bluish. If you bend the shield in or out, you can adjust the color.
I've been doing projector conversions for about 5 years now and every one has a different color because of those stupid shields. FYI if you sharpen the edge of them you can get even more color, or if you cut a slot you can increase the "flicker" effect.
