Hi Timm
You are correct, the MyGIG does not currently work with the Motorola RAZR v3m. We are working on a software release that will support this but it is not yet ready to release. We will release in December. Be patient. The Bluetooth standard is sometimes violated by the cell phones and in this case Motorola sends the same ID for all RAZR even though the interface is slightly different. The phone was released after the model Year release. We just fixed the iPhone and now the RAZR is very close.

Write me back about Dec. 7

Steve

I also have the exact same problem (mygig and razr). With all the posts everywhere indicating how well the Razr works with uconnect, I was confused.

I guess I'll hang on to this phone and wait for the update.
