Just a note to let everyone know. when you buy a predator unit off us at RDP we do things a little different than other places. Any unit which we sell we supply with a custom writen program to suit your car as i do not use generic tunes. All our units come with life time tech support, life time programming updates which in other words means if i find something in our custom tune that we supply which the unit that will improve the performance or drivability of your vehicle we then update your program Free of charge. Also when uploading your units for the first time we also like to get you on the phone for around 20 minutes whilst this upgrade is being done to talk you through it and make sure everything runs the way in which it should, we also supply customers with a airbag to then sent the unit back to us so that we can do a backup of your factory program for safety and at this stage i then write another custom program to suit your vin id which will be currently stored in the unit and then we airbag the unit back to you same day.

Just thought i'd let everyone know how our backup works and what our commitment to you the customer is.
