Unfortunately the dealer won't do anything they aren't paid to do. Unless they SEE/FEEL a problem they won't just go through ur car and look for problems.
I know as my warranty expires in 2500 miles and i'm trying to get my shifter fixed BUT it won't duplicate the problem for them. I asked them if they could stll open the shift box and check oe contact and they said they can't do that.
Basically just pay for ur service that needs to be done and make sure u have problems they can see for themselves
