Well, resetting it to factory standards, in other words getting rid of it's adaptive learning is not the same as re-flashing the TCM to a version lower than what it is. To get rid of any adaptive learning, we can do that anytime by pulling fuse 11.
From what I've learned here is that re-flashing to a previous version is either not possible, or PERHAPS it may be done by someone who has a
great deal of knowledge of the StarScan tool. There have been some who tried to reverse the 1-2 hesitation flash to no avail.
