To once again try to clear up misconceptions about TSB's: First of all yes the same TSB applies, HOWEVER if your car has this problem, it does not matter whether or not there is a TSB addressing it. TSB's are not recalls; they are simply information for the dealership service department to quickly identify and repair known problems. So if your transmission is leaking and your car is under warranty, then it's a covered repair. If you are out of warranty, then you have to pay for it, even though there is a TSB.
