i usely find that the older guys working the dealerships are more helpful, i had about 2000 dollar in bs warranty work when i first got my LS...the guy was about 50 yrs old and always bS-ing with, telling me i was going to pull all the ladies with that lol (i was 17 yrs old)......but i find the some of the younger guys here always try to juice every cent out of you possible, especially here at the chrysler dealership, one of them seems to look down on me as if he is a hot shot......just my 2 cents
