Obviously you are either an advisor or Asm. I have been in service for Chrysler/Dodge for the last 20 years and am still in this business. You are completely correct it is a case by case and the warranty is as good as the advisor. I retain a strong customer base on treating each customer on a case by case, I usually don't have much problem, cause I do know how to work the warranty, sometimes what the manufacture doesn't know doesn't hurt them.
