wobble,shimmy at 35 to 42 mph

i was wondering if anyone can help me out. i have a wobble, shimmy when driving 35 to 42 mph when going straight on a newly paved road, and it`s more noticeable when going around a curve at the same speed. i have taken the car into the dealer 3times so far and this is what they have done. 1 they rotated the tires 2 times using the road force balancing, turned both rotors on the car, checked the drive shaft and rear end, replaced atire that was supposibly the problem, put a new 300c tires and wheels on my car to see if it was the wheels, checked the front end out. my dealer called me and told me that they test drove an 08 300c and felt the same thing on it. they ask me to test drive the 08 and i did but told them i really didn`t feel the same thing. they said it`s just the characteristics of the car. i said bullsh**. so now they will be replacing the tierod ends as i mentioned it to them. anybody have anything i can suggest to them? i also ask for a chrysler tech from detriot to come and investagate this matter..
