Vibration at 80mph

Here's the setup. I have 14K miles on the car. Had the stock Goodyear F1's on the car, and everything was fine.

Just had some new Toyo Proxes 4 (275/40 rear; 245/45 front) and now when I get up to 75-85mph, I get a real bad shake in the wheel. Obviously not pleased, I went into and had the alignment done today on the front and rear just to make sure.

When I got back onto the interstate I am having the same issue. I have read some ideas on the Tie Rods, however I don't think the coincidence is too far off that I have only had this problem with the newly mounted tires. With that said, I also don't believe the issue is with the new tires (see how I circled around with this?)

Anyone have any thoughts on this one?
