i purchased some Permatex sealant..."flowable silicone windshield and glass sealer"....."forms a durable, waterproof, clear seal resistant to weather, extreme temperatures, vibration, shock, and most shop chemicals"
i have no idea if this is water based or solvent based.. any help?
