overseas the wiring standard is opposite it is here, for whatever reason. you see this with 9006 alot. the polarity is switched. so with kits designed for overseas domestic market you must use special harness or repin the included one to united states domesitc market standard. not sure why they do this. same reason over there its 9003 over here its h4... or vice versa

the difference is not in the bulb, its in the connection from ballast to igniter. or low side to ballast.
