Didnt get my SPECIAL DIGITAL HARNESS

hey guys I got one of those kits from HID gate and Im not sure but I dont think I got my SPecial digital harness... not sure what it is but I dont think I got it because my HIDs dont work completely. THe thing is I installed them like normal and then I found out i had to reverse the polarity which actually got it working. I didnt know that the lights only worked when the car's engine isnt on. When the engine is on the lights flicker and then eventually go off in a matter of seconds. I asked the seller if I could actually get the special digital harness but if they have me pay that horrendous shipping for something thats supposedly free I think I would try an alternative way to get it to work. I heard that it is possible to introduce a capacitor to each side of the lights so that it pretty much solves the problem. I say NYC SRT8 do something but I have no idea how to get to that black clip looking thing. Well if anyone could give any input that would be really helpful, I hate driving with my parking lights its scary!
