OK took to dealer again today. we road tested the car and came to the same conclusion that it had to be the tires. the dealer said to call Goodyear headquarters and get a claim going. so i did and they called the local Goodyear shop that i took it to on Thursday. they then told me that the dealer could warranty the tires them. but the dealer told me it was Goodyear's responsibility to warranty them. and when i talked to the Goodyear shop guy. he said they probably just don`t want to take the responsibility for them. i told him i don`t care who does it ,but to just get my f**kin car fixed. so he will have to have the car all day on Wednesday so he can throughly inspect the tires and wheels again.

p.s i`m just about had it with this bulls**t !!
and replace the tires like BMattingly vbmenu_register("postmenu_637438", true); did...
