They are going to continue to give you the run around. Chrysler is notorious for this. The dealer is not going to claim responsibilty and GY is not going to want to claim responsibility and in the middle is the customer who is powerless against either company. My SRT has a shimmer but it comes on at about 60mph and goes away after 80mph, I know its the tires but I also know there is no need trying to get Chrysler/ GY to pay for it unless I want a lot more frustration in my life. I have come to the conclusion that if you are going to own Chrysler vehicles get ready to do a lot of dealer warrantied maint yourself. Thats ok for those who are use to Chyrsler, Dodge and Jeeps being inferior but for me its just more than I care to put up with in a 40K car. Like the old saying goes "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Chrysler will never fool me again. I am selling mine as soon as I can at a loss, I dont care. I just want out of this circle of "we cant duplicate it", "we cant fix it", or "we dont want your business" BS they keep pushing on there customers. I hope this company is dissolved and I hope it happens quickly.
