Follow CottyGee's advice. A clay bar and Klasse AIO & sealant glaze will have it back to looking new. When mine was delivered it had paint specks, rail dust and what looked like tree sap on my hood. The clay bar and Klasse products removed everything. After doing this, if the chemicals that dripped on your car damaged the paint you can take it to a shop and have it touched up if needed.
