I have come to the conclusion that if you are going to own Chrysler vehicles get ready to do a lot of dealer warrantied maint yourself. Thats ok for those who are use to Chyrsler, Dodge and Jeeps being inferior but for me its just more than I care to put up with in a 40K car. Like the old saying goes "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Chrysler will never fool me again. I am selling mine as soon as I can at a loss, I dont care. I just want out of this circle of "we cant duplicate it", "we cant fix it", or "we dont want your business" BS they keep pushing on there customers. I hope this company is dissolved and I hope it happens quickly.

For what it is worth I had many problems in the past with new Cadillacs and Lincolns. Fortunately my son is an attorney and I would CC him letters to the dealerships. He never actually got involved but I did get one Cadillac taken back with a full refund of my purchase...I then bought a Lincoln which had numerous problems....had to use the letter routine one time to get the Dealership's attention on a warrantee issue...Dumped the Lincoln after the Warrantee expired and bought my 300C with 5200 miles on it. It seems as though every make of "luxury" car in the past ten years has problems...
