Tar removing is a time consuming job, I get it in all the time. Don't use a clay bar in the initial treatment, as that will only clog up the clay and cause more problems. Over the counter tar remover in not that effective, but you could try it. Any solvent based cleaner will break down the tar. My paint cleaner and sealer would be a good choice to follow up with, as they will leave a superior barrier (and shine) on the surface. I have won over many Klasse and Zaino fans over due to the quality and ease of use of the product. Gary
