They are red plastic, no overlays.. These are suppose to be European type tail lights, I seen maybe 5 different kinds of tail lights for the 300C but most say they are European types so I'm guessing that Europeans have a variation of the law when it comes to tail lights. In Japan I've seen maybe two all chrome tail lights but their is not much after market items for the 300C here. When I get off work I'll take a few pictures of what they look like in the day time and then some at night... At night they really stand out but I've never looked at them during the day.
