Question on vent covers

Hey guys I have a question about this item 07-1099-010W05X which are the fog vent covers, I was wondering if it would be possible to have them color matched in brilliant black? if not... is there a way to effectively change the color of the fog vent covers that will last long? would i have to sand and prime and paint them?
