We do run a feed and return line front and back. The turbo uses a small collection sump on the bottom for the oil pump to pull from. As far as the air intake, the location of the snorkel tube would put water at the near the top of your rim. If you are that deep, I doubt the car would still be running, but if it were, there would be all kinds of problems like the tranny, water in the interior, in the electronics, etc.. Other words your driving in a flood were one should not be!
