My trip to work yesterday was done at a balmy -7degC, and for once, I took it really easy, with my speedo never rising over 60mph.
I'd been into the evic the night before and I'd left it on 'engine temp', now heres the curious/interesting/sad bit for you --- in my 13 mile drive to work, the engine never got to 'full' operating temperature. It peaked at 165degF and that was it.
Just in case anyone wonders why their MPG is currently so poor.
