I think the dealer charges about 1.5 hours for the spark plug change, or around $200 at around a $130 shop rate. Add another $50-$60 for plugs and you will be in the $260 range.
The $700 probably includes a bunch of other stuff like throttle body cleaning, and/or fuel injector cleaning. Dealers always try to sell these extra services.
Schedule "A" 30,000 miles or 30 months includes
change oil and oil filter
replace air filter
spark plugs on 5.7
rotate tires
check transmission fluid
check coolant level, hose, and clamps
inspect exhaust system
inspect brake hose
inspect CV joints and front and rear suspension compenents

which they do at any oil change place when getting an oil change... so i dont really see why i have to spend 700 for that...?
