Hi Bernie!!

The last few days have been wonderful. Sunny and warm-ish. Pushing 50 degrees on some days. But it still gets down to around freezing at night. You're right - snow is rare - thank goodness. As for the roses and the grass - the flowers are just a week away from blooming and I'm starting to hear the roar of lawn mowers again. It's a nice place to live - that's for sure.
