good luck brotha i dont think hes gonna want to fork over a free set. I know your upset but put yourself in his shoes, think about if you shipped it and it said delivered and never actually made it. But you should be considered under $100 in insurance for not receiving the item from usps, try making a usps claim maybe that will work. if not maybe he will work out a deal with you.
