There are a few sunroof TSB's around. Here's one you can read that gives you instructions on how to recalibrate the sunroof -
http://www.wkjeeps.com/misc/LX/TSB/TSB_2302805a.pdf. Give that a try first. If that doesn't work you may have to get it looked at. Can't say I've heard of the AC involvement though, although you may have a problem with your alternator.
There have been several problems with the key fob, some very recently. Open it up and check to see if the solder connection has been broken. Are you getting any messages in the EVIC?
