The Steering wheel controls only the volume. When I play Music DVD\CD I just select the Random feature and let it do its thing. The main reason I wanted the unit was for the Touch Screen, the Handsfree phone and the Sat Nav. The Sat Nav is pretty good its updateable via SD mem Card and I have also installed UK\ EU Speed cams and POIs. These are easily updateable via the Interwab. I looked at similar specced units by Alpine and Pioneer but way to pricey. All in all I am happy with the system and I plan to swap it out into my next 300. Hope this helps. Here are a few reviews.
