That's a very good question! With UConnect, it will probably be impossible. It will be obvious if using the bluetooth earpiece, though.
I'm getting sick of almost being sideswiped by drivers (all ages) who are clueless to surrounding traffic because of a cellphone pressed between their ear and shoulder.
