Guys, I had a 2006 300C SRT8 with the non-slotted rotors. Burned up the pads front and rear in 16000 miles. Chrysler replaced the pads and upgraded to slotted rotors and clipped me $1600 but then rebated about $600 as a coutesy. I sold the 2006 last month at 24000 miles and the brakes were still fine but I ran most of the time with ESP off. I bought a 2007 C300 SRT8 and it drives heavier but more stable, but I am running it with ESP off since I think ESP burns up the pads.
