The ride will be compromised by a lot. These cars look good with larger wheels but there is no car that rides nice with 20's or larger. Also, your car will not look like a SRT because the ride height will be taller in the front and it actually looks odd. The front spoiler is also shorter on the regular C so that also plays into the whole look. The right way to do this is to lower the car just a bit to compensate for the wheels. Also, if you really want it to look right add a lower front spoiler.
Back to the ride portion...when you hit manways and other pits in the road you are going to wish you had the original set-up back on there. It might be okay the first month or two, but you will get tired of it. It will also play havock on your front end parts.
A lot of people don't realize how much tire/wheel size matters for ride quality. Ever notice why a lot of high end vehicles stop at 19" wheels? Just one inch matters a lot, believe it or not.
I've got an SRT and I've been studying on lowering the car a tad and going with 19" wheels. I'll have a better handling and riding car.
Hope that helps.
