I can't believe your dealer didn't at least offer you this when you bought the car; dealers make a LOT of money on extended warranties. But yes to answer your question you can buy a Chrysler Service Contract - - and I would only consider a Chrysler warranty, not a third party aftermarket one. Not that Chrysler service is so great, but most of the time the aftermarket warranties either don't provide for all new parts ( i.e. your transmission fails at 50,000 miles and the aftermarket warranty only pays for a used transmission from a wrecking yard, not a complete overhaul or new transmission) or else you have to pay the bill up front and then wait for reimbursement. The upside to a third party warranty would be that you would not be stuck taking your car to the Chrysler dealer's service department - - you could take it to an independent shop of your choice.
