I can only say that I feel mine rides like it's on glass. Freeway ride is nearly noiseless and very smooth. I hear engine noise over just about everything else, and that's only with the radio off. Around town I feel railroad tracks and manhole covers and the like that are up or down an inch or more from the road surface, but otherwise it's smooth there, too. I couldn't be happier with the ride. I know it's better than my 300M with 18s was, that I thought rode well, but it's eight years newer, so that has to be taken that into account. I'll have to borrow a C on 18s sometime and see what it feels like.
I can only say what I believe. Yes it rides better on the freeway. But on semi nasty roads I have not rode in any 20" or larger wheel vehicle/s and could say it rides "nice." When you hit pot holes and nasty pits that's just too much wheel and tire for the front end to deal with, IMO.

I'll buy you lunch if you ride in a 300C with stock 18"s and can honestly say yours rides as nice. Take it down the roads that the city can dish out and go over some man ways. There is a world of difference.

I owned a 300 C 5.7 before my SRT. I put 20" wheels on it and at first it was nice. It took me just about a week and a half before I said, "damn, this thing rides like chit." I then bought my SRT and now I say, "damn, this thing rides like chit but it handles great." And yes, it drives down the freeway and other nice roads very sweet!
