I haven't heard of anyone seeing their paint fade but I guess it depends on if you have had it parked out in the sun all the time. Some have seen a different color paint from where the body shop repaired the door and didn't take the molding off so it gives it a two-tone look.

I would suggest taking off the 300C emblem on one of the front panels and see what that looks like. If there is fading you can easily put it back on, if not then you should be good to go. You will see a little line where the molding was but a good wash and wax should take care of it.
