New Air Ride- No power to Radio and Heater

I just installed Air Ride In my 300C. I disconnected the power to the rear fuse box for a moment and now my radio and heater will not turn on. I have lights to the heater just no heat, ac, ect.. Is there a securtiy issues were the radio ect. locked itself?
