Not with the valves, but the wheels are and have been a problem both here and in the USA for a long time. Recently had mine replaced under warranty and then found marks on the new ones, these also have to be photographed apparently before replacement?? But dont worry there are lots of guys on here who will offer plenty of sympathy and some very good advice.
On the other hand my dealer and Chrysler customer service have made it clear that sympathy can only be found in the dictionary right between sh*t and syphilis.. I've stopped looking

Only in Britain do we leave cars worth thousands of pounds on the drive and lock our junk and cheap lawn mower in the garage.
We also have a tendency to drive a foreign car, drink Australian beer in an Irish pub, grab an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way home, where we sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV.
