Seriously to suicide doors is about 60 hours or more.

you need to cut and weld in the hinges

plate the hinge pockets

align the hinges

reinforce the panels around the hinges

weld the cups to the doors

plate the inner door skin

get the striker on the right side of the door

mount bear claw latch and weld in place

assemble door pulls as well as poppers

make the door swing straight and not sag

align and gap the door

metal finish EVERYTHING

trim the door panel if necessary

reassemble the interior (which should have been removed prior to this work to avoid burns from the welding)

Then you need to either shave or relocate the door handles

thats all before you can even think about paint

Take it from someone who has been designing and engineering car parts (suicide hinges as well as suspension components) this is definitely a heavily involved process.
