Have to bring it in? No.
Should you? Maybe. Unless there is some type of problem with the
car, and unless you have any symptoms of the TSB's other than the brakes,
why bother.
If the brake dust issue is indeed bothering you, then you could bring it in
for that, but otherwise, you don't HAVE to.
It all depends on what YOU want. If the car is running great, and you are
not having any problems with cleaning off the brake dust, its your call.
