i have hard this before...the only problem i see here is, a couple weeks ago the american oil executive was at a hearing and said the can supply all there current demands now amd they have been running at 80% capacity for the last 4years and the demand on there refinery's have slightly dropped. they also said america dont need any new refinery's because they can just expand the refining capacity by build onto there current refinery's. this what they are saying now speculator's. it also came out in the hearing that the american oil companies sell more oil out of the country then they sell in the country...so opening ANWAR will just make more sources they can sell out ...go figure...its all a lie...or maybe i am just a conspiracy theories.

i think oil companies fall into this umbrella. looking for the legal loop holes is considered conspiring.
