2 places come to mind if you want a dyno,

the guy is a chevylover but i'm sure he can accomodate us mopar guys . he has a 2wd dynojet

2. MME (motor sports middleeast): they have a Chassis dyno (it attaches to the wheel hubs).

Accomodation should not be a problem, if you dont want to spend on hotel rooms, clean furnished appartments are about 95USD per day. they are usually 2 bed rooms per appartment.
