really? i used to switch and change in my ss depending on the price and if i planned on thrashing it in the next few days, lol. i used to notice a marked difference when on premium. more k's per tank by ~15% when driving easy, and no pinging when driving hard. in the Srt8 i have only put premium... have a little more money to spare these days, lol. all other cars onnly get regular or gas... i love gas. spoke to my gas installer yesterday about doing a custom direct vapour injection system on the srt8. he was thrilled to bits and said he would be honoured. the only issue is Parnell have the only complienced system in Aus at the moment and their systems are pricy. this is the brand the dealers use and they quote $5k+!! he wants to build a custom gas rail and alloy weld nozzels into the intake and run the gaqs rail parallel to the fuel rail... i think it will be A1 but don't like the idea of the tank in the boot, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere else for it...
