If I remember correctly from a video I watched a guy had drove something like 100 miles and only used 4oz of water and not a drop of Gasoline, and also 0 pollution. In fact driving a car running like this will actually IMPROVE the atmosphere by releasing Oxygen from the tailpipe after the water is 'burned'.

These people are either scammers or totally deluded. They obviously do not understand physics or chemistry or rely on their victims not having any science background. Basically, water is "burnt" hydrogen and oxygen. The chemical energy of the hydrogen and oxygen has already been extracted and it takes lots of energy from some external source to separate the two elements back into the state where they can be combined or burnt again. A common method uses electrolysis (electrical energy) to get hydrogen plus oxygen from water. I did not spend much time on the sites mentioned, I just wanted to taste the delusion. One method of getting hydrogen from water mentions the use of a metal placed in the electrolyte solution and producing hydrogen. In this case, the unoxidized metal has such a high chemical energy potential that it breaks the water molecules into H and OH ions so you end up with hydrogen and a hydroxide. Once again, it takes a lot of energy produce the pure and reactive metal. In conclusion, if it sounds to good to be true, it likely is untrue. There is no secret font of chemical energy locked up in water. Notice I said chemical energy but I highly doubt that these guys have discovered nuclear fusion in a pickle jar.
