How bad does dash bubbling need to be?...

I noticed last week that my 07 C has a small bubble on the left side of the dashboard on the "hump" that houses the gauges. Granted, it's just one small bubble but I don't want that one to get gigantic or risk having a bunch of similar ones popping up in time.
So how many bubbles does it take to get a warranty replacement dash or something? Would the one small one be enough to warrant a new one or am I stuck with this one until more crop up (if more do crop up)??
